¿Qué te motivó para empezar a ser una artista?
What motivated you to get started being an artist?
Desde que era adolescente me llamaban la atención los graffitis que veía por la calle. Me parecía todo un reto pintar en un formato tan grande, pero no lo puse en práctica hasta 2011 que hice mi primer mural con brochas y pintura plástica. Después de eso realicé un par de murales y en 2014 comencé a practicar con la pintura a spray, cosa que me pareció extremadamente difícil.
Since I was a teenager, I was attracted by graffiti pieces I saw on the street. It seemed a challenge to paint in such a large format, but I did not put it into practice until 2011 when I made my first mural with brushes and plastic paint. After that I made a couple of murals and in 2014 I started to practice with spray paint, which I found extremely difficult.
¿Qué tratas de decir con tus obras?
What do you try to say with your artworks?
Quiero que el espectador se haga preguntas y salga de su realidad, que vea que hay magia dentro de lo cotidiano y, a su vez, se introduzca en mi pequeño universo lleno de simbología y dudas existenciales. Tanto la ilustración como el muralismo me sirven para contar lo que llevo dentro, para canalizar y transmitir. Desde que era niña pintar me servía para comunicarme, porque siempre fui muy introvertida.
I want the viewer to ask questions and get out of their reality, to see that there is magic within the everyday and, in turn, to enter my little universe full of existential symbology and doubts. Both illustration and muralism help me to tell what I have inside, to channel and transmit. Since I was a child, painting helped me communicate, because I was always very introverted.

¿Nos podrías contar como es un día normal durante tu semana?
Would you mind telling us how is your normal day during the week?
Me despierto a las 07:30 u 08:00, hago un poco de ejercicio o salgo a pasear, cuido de mis compañeros de cuatro patas (Furia y Kiwi) y después de desayunar miro mi agenda para organizarme un poco. Después, durante las horas más luminosas del día, dibujo o pinto, depende de los trabajos que tenga pendientes. Las horas de la tarde las empleo en preparar soportes para pintar, correspondencia con clientes, trabajos digitales y actividades que no necesiten de luz natural. Y a partir de las 20:00 soy persona y , si puedo, hago vida social.
I wake up at 07:30 or 08:00, I do some exercise or i am going to walk around the city, I take care of my four-legged animal friends (Furia and Kiwi) and after i take my breakfast and I look at my timetable to organize myself. Then, during the brightest hours of the day, drawing or painting, it depends on the work. The afternoon hours I use to prepare canvas for painting, i usually answer my messages, i do my digital works and activities that do not need natural light. And from 20:00 I am a person and if I can, I do social life.

Sorprendente, cuando empecé a pintar murales jamás pensé que me harían entrevistas para páginas de graffiti, porque lo hacía fatal y aun me queda muchísimo que aprender. Por eso ahora me hace muchísima ilusión que en una web tan completa e interesante como la tuya aparezcan mis obras.
Surprisingly, when I started painting murals I never thought I would do interviews for graffiti pages, because it was horrible and I still have many things to learn. So now I’m very excited that in a website as complete and interesting as yours appear my works.
¿Dónde te gustaría pintar?
Where would you like to paint?
Ufff creo que me gustaría dar la vuelta al mundo pintando, así que con eso lo digo todo.
Ya he pintado en la ciudad que mas ilusión me hacía, en Los Angeles. Supongo que después de esa me gustaría pintar en Barcelona( por proximidad) Nueva York, Londres, Ámsterdam, Berlín y un largo etc.
Ufff I think I would like to go around the world painting, so with that I say everything.
I have already painted in the city that more illusion made me, in Los Angeles. I guess after that I would like to paint in Barcelona (by proximity) New York, London, Amsterdam, Berlin and so on.
¿Cómo te imaginas el graffiti en el futuro (Año 2085)?
How do you imagine graffiti in the future (Year 2085)?
Creo que se avecina algo grande respecto a este movimiento y seguro que hará historia a niveles que no alcanzamos a ver. Seguro que será algo imprescindible en cualquier lugar. Esperemos que para entonces existan los andamios voladores…
I think something big is coming up about this movement and I’m sure it will make history at levels we can not see. Surely it will be essential in any place. Hopefully by then there are the flying scaffolds …
¿Cuáles son tus escritores favoritos?
What are your favorite writers?
Pues de forma internacional y todoterreno, como favorito es Greg Craola, que ha sido writer, pero lo que realmente me gusta de su obra son sus cuadros a pintura acrílica, es una maravilla. Lo considero una especie de dios del Surrealismo Pop.
A parte hay muchísima gente a la que admiro y tienen piezas impresionantes, pero si me pongo a mencionarles seguro que se me olvida nombras a algunos.
Well internationally and awesome artist, it is my favorite, Greg Craola, who has been a writer, but what I really like about his work are his paintings with acrylic paint, it’s a wonder. I consider him a kind of god of Pop Surrealism.
In addition there are many people who I admire and have impressive pieces, but if I mention them for sure I forget some names.
¿Cuál es tu trabajo real?
What is your real job?
Pues de momento subsisto vendiendo mis obras y haciendo encargos de diseño gráfico e ilustración. Poco a poco voy teniendo más clientela fija y eso es buena señal.
For the moment I subsist selling my works and doing commissions of graphic design and illustration. Little by little I am having more fixed clients and that is a good sign.
