¿De dónde viene tu apodo?
Where does your pseudonym come from?
Mi nombre original era DEVIL, que es «LIVED» deletreado al revés, representando el significado de la vida. Ahora me he dado cuenta de que la vida debe ser sencilla pero inteligente, así que lo he cambiado por «devs».
My original name was DEVIL, which is ‘LIVED’ spelled backward, representing the meaning of life. Now I’ve realized that life should be simple yet clever, so I changed it to «devs.»
¿Qué te motivó para empezar a pintar?
What motivated you to get started painting?
Empecé a pintar porque hay infinitas posibilidades, y cada vez me aporta una nueva sensación de frescura.
I started painting because there are endless possibilities, and each time it brings me a new sense of freshness.
¿Qué es lo que más te gusta del graffiti y lo que menos?
What do you like most about graffiti and what do you like least?
Me encanta que el graffiti se pueda hacer en cualquier sitio, y no me disgusta porque el graffiti es mi vida.
I love that graffiti can happen anywhere, and I don’t have any dislikes about it because Graffiti is my life.

¿Te acuerdas de la primera pieza?
Do you remember the first piece?
La primera obra que hice fue en 2005, junto al puerto de Tsim Sha Tsui, y era un carácter chino: «字» (que significa «palabra»). En aquella época, mis habilidades eran aún muy inmaduras y no tenía un estilo discernible, pero sentía excitación y nerviosismo, y sudaba constantemente. Ahora mis habilidades son más refinadas, y puedo utilizar diferentes colores y varios estilos.
The first piece I did was in 2005 by the harbour side in Tsim Sha Tsui, and it was a Chinese character – «字» (meaning ‘word’). At that time, my skills were still very immature, and I had no discernible style, but I felt excitement and nervousness, constantly sweating. Now my skills are more refined, and I can use different colors and various styles.
