Where does your pseudonyme come from?
Mi nombre viene del hecho de nacer en los años 70, pero también porque es una palabra que se pronuncia y se lee en todos los idiomas del mundo.

¿Qué te motivó para empezar a ser un escritor de graffiti?
What motivated you to get started being a graffiti writer?
Cuando tenía 11 años, fui a un club que había en mi barrio y vi a los ancianos locales haciendo el primer graffiti aquí en París, después continué por placer pero también para protegerme rodeándome de otros grafiteros. En el momento en que mi padre me echó a la calle, dormí afuera y el hecho de estar en una pandilla me ayudó a sobrevivir. Construir una reputación pudo haberme permitido no morir en la calle. El graffiti me salvó.
When I was 11 years old, I went to the local club and I saw the local elders doing the first graffiti here in Paris, later I continued for pleasure but also to protect myself by surrounding myself with other taggers. At the time my father had thrown me out on the street I slept outside and being in a gang helped me to survive. Building a reputation may have allowed me not to die on the street. graffiti saved me.

Mi estilo, en primer lugar, era muy simple, porque una de mis crews, la CMP, tenía un estilo simple muy publicitario. El estilo no importaba, lo que importaba era ser visto. El estilo solo habla a la gente que pinta del graffiti, queríamos que todos entendieran nuestro nombre no solo los escritores. hoy diré que mi estilo es el graffiti clásico, estoy apegado a las raíces del movimiento, y para mí un estilo simple es más impactante que muchas personas que hacen estilos de wild style, así que mi estilo esconde una carencia en la realización de las letras. con 18 colores y 200 flechas es fácil impresionar a la gente. Pero si tienes un estilo sin necesidad de color… en plata o con 2 colores adivinas el dominio directo.
My style first of all it was very simple because of one of my crews the CMP, we had a simple style very advertising. style didn’t matter, what mattered was being seen. What is your crew?
Tengo muchas crews que representan diferentes tiempos y valores.
Mi crew mas antigua es CMP «comité de la mafia parisina» una de las crews más virulentas y agresivas de su tiempo éramos más de cien y nuestra sulfurosa reputación nos hizo que nos evitaran.
Esta crew tenia miembros de los más grandes reyes de París en la historia del graffiti parisino.
Éramos una gran banda para luchar en cada esquina, fue por la reputación de CMP que me mantuve vivo. entonces luego me uní a TNW AD DAT, otras crews parisinas más como grupos de amigos. También formo parte de la crew MCZ «los Zulúes de la ciudad de Montreuil» es el grupo de nuestro distrito que reúne a todos los MC, gente que hace tatuajes, dj’s, graffiteros de aquí. Montreuil es un suburbio especial donde tenemos nuestro propio lenguaje y nuestras propias reglas. Hay muchos talentos en este grupo. Mis últimos dos equipos son BNA y KD.
BNA es para mi familia sobre todo, es la única crew donde encontré lealtad, es también lo que más me lleva a mis raíces puertorriqueñas, mi padre nació en Aguadilla, siempre he tenido eso en mí y gracias a mi familia BNA, tengo la suerte de poder ser internacional. además solo hay dos crews que están tatuadas en mi, son CMP y BNA. entiendes que estas son las más significativas de mi vida y las más importantes. BNA es una familia, cuando abres tu puerta aquí en Francia a un hermano, sabes que la suya estará abierta para ti en cualquier otro lugar. Más recientemente forme parte de la crew KD que es como un pasaporte internacional también ideal para conocer gente de todo el mundo y que encaja bien con mi visión del graffiti.
I have a lot of crews who all represent different times and values.
my oldest are CMP «committee of the Parisian Mafia» one of the most virulent and aggressive crew of its time we were more than a hundred and our sulphurous reputation made us the guys to avoid.
when you met us you had a chance in two to leave without bombs, in socks and certainly with a broken face. This crew to create the biggest kings of Paris in the history of Parisian graffiti.
We were a big gang ready to fight on every street corner it was because of the reputation of CMP that I stayed alive. then I’m TNW AD DAT, other Parisian crews more like groups of friends. I am also MCZ «the Montreuil City Zulus» it is the group of our district which gathers all the mc’s, tattoos, dj’s, graffiti artist from here. Montreuil is a special suburb where we have our own language and our own rules. there are many talents in this crew. My last 2 crew are BNA and KD.
BNA is for me my family above all, it is the only crew where I found loyalty, it is also what brings me the most to my Puerto Rican roots, my father was born in Aguadilla, I have always had that in me and thanks to my BNA family, I am lucky to be able to be international. besides there are only two crew who are tattooed on me it is CMP and BNA. you understand these are the most significant of my life and the most important. BNA is a family, when you open your door here in France to a brother, you know that his will be open for you everywhere else. More recently I am KD which is like an international passport also ideal for meeting people all over the world and which fits well with my vision of graffiti.
