¿De dónde viene tu apodo?
Where does your pseudonym come from?
Me gustaría que el nombre tuviera una historia de origen mejor, pero siendo realista, me gusta cómo fluyen las letras entre sí.
I wish the name had a better origin story but being real I just like how the letters flow off eachother.
¿Qué te motivó para empezar a pintar?
What motivated you to get started painting?
Es una pregunta difícil de responder, porque hay muchos factores que me atrajeron, pero para reducirlo, fue ver todos los graffitis en mi ciudad natal, había tantas producciones a pie de pista y grandes estilos de manos de gente como DUSTO, KEANE, NASH y RASK, por nombrar algunos.
Me preguntaba cómo demonios habían llegado a ese punto, cuándo lo habían hecho, y sabía que la única forma de obtener esas respuestas era salir y descubrirlo uno mismo.
It’s a tough question to answer because there are so many factors that drew me in but to narrow it down it was from seeing all the graff in my hometown, there were so many nasty trackside productions and great hand styles from the likes of DUSTO, KEANE, NASH and RASK to name a few.
I would be asking myself, ‘how the hell did they get up to that spot’, ‘when did they get it done’ and I knew the only way to get those answers are to go out and figure it out yourself.

What is your style?
Creo que es una pregunta a la que uno no puede responder, yo pinto lo que me apetece en cada momento y dejo que los demás etiqueten el estilo si quieren, pero a mí no me importa demasiado.
En definitiva, soy muy gráfico, así que mezclo bastante las piezas con letras, centrándome en estilos simétricos y fluidos, y los muros con personajes, en los que intento subir de nivel a mis personajes durante el último año, de modo que ellos son el centro de atención y no las letras.
Así que me centro más en disfrutar de lo que pinto que en lo que pinto, lo que para mí desarrolla de forma natural mi estilo sin pensar en ello.
I think that’s a question you can’t really answer yourself, I just paint what I’m into at the time and let others put a label on the style if they wish but I’m not too bothered with it.
I’m definitely very graphic heavy driven so I mix it up quite a bit from letter only pieces focusing on symmetrical flowing styles and these character walls where I’m just trying to level up my characters the last year so I make them the focus and not the letters.
So Im more focused on enjoying what I’m painting rather what I’m painting which for me naturally develops me style without thinking about it.

Estoy totalmente a favor, todos sabemos que el graffiti ha cambiado mucho gracias a Internet y que hay muchos aspectos negativos y positivos, pero compartir tus obras en línea de esta forma es genial, porque puedes ver lo que hace la gente de todo el mundo, algo que nunca verías de otra forma. También puede servir para establecer buenas conexiones y vínculos con algunos escritores locales cuando se viaja.
I’m all for it, we all know a lot has changed with graff because of the internet and there’s a lot of negatives and positives with that for sure but for sharing your pieces online like this is great, you get to see what people are getting up to from all over the world which you would never see otherwise. It can also lead to getting good connections and link with some local writers when you travel.
¿Te acuerdas de la primera pieza?
Do you remember the first piece?
Sí, me acuerdo de la primera pieza, me hace reír incluso pensar en ello, yo estaba escribiendo SNOW en el momento, me robaron un poco de pintura de un sitio de construcción y era absolutamente terrible de usar, era un relleno blanco que apenas cubría y yo tenía este contorno azul primario, la pieza era absolutamente basura, por supuesto, pero en ese momento pensé que era enfermo.
Obviamente, mi proceso ha cambiado mucho desde entonces, pero la mentalidad sigue siendo exactamente la misma.
Yeah I remember the first piece, makes me laugh still even thinking about it, I was writing SNOW at the time, I stole some paint from a construction site and it was absolutely terrible to use, it was a white fill which barely covered and I had this primary blue outline, the piece was absolutely trash of course but at the time I thought it was sick.
My process has obviously changed a lot since then but the mindset is still the exact same.
