¿De dónde viene tu apodo?
Where does your pseudonym come from?
A raíz de querer hacer las cosas siempre de distinta manera, buscarle el “otro” sentido, intentar destacar con formas, colores, técnica… es hacerlo con estilo, Konestilo.
As a result of always wanting to do things in a different way, to look for the «other» sense, to try to stand out with shapes, colours, technique… is to do it with style, Konestilo.
¿Qué te motivó para empezar a pintar?
What motivated you to get started painting?
Gracias a mi amigo Mikel, que un día de verano trajo unos sprays de su pueblo y todos flipamos en colores! tiré los pinceles y desde entonces doy color a mi vida y a la de otros haciendo lo que me gusta; a parte tengo la suerte de poder dedicare a ello profesionalmente
Thanks to my friend Mikel, who one summer day brought some sprays from his village and we all went crazy with colours! I threw away the brushes and since then I have been giving colour to my life and to the lives of others doing what I like; besides, I am lucky enough to be able to dedicate myself to it professionally.
¿Cuál es tu estilo?
What is your style?
Me baso en el realismo, pero últimamente me gusta dar toques impresionistas, ya sea cambiando el color o distorsionando trazos …
I base my work on realism, but lately I like to give impressionist touches, either by changing the colour or distorting strokes …

¿Te acuerdas de la primera pieza?
Do you remember the first piece?
Pues sería por el 2004, con 3 colegas, compramos una sprays del chino, con nuestros bocetos coloreados y todo, nos metimos en un solar abandonado y en las paredes de un antiguo taller hicimos las piezas. Recuerdo la sensación de satisfacción y adrenalina del momento… el pasar andando y pensar… Guau! eso lo he pintado yo… jajajaja no tengo ni fotos.. me encantaría porque me acuerdo perfectamente. Nunca pensé que aquello iba a ser el comienzo de lo que he conseguido y de lo que soy hasta la fecha.
Well, it was around 2004, with 3 friends, we bought a sprays from a Chinese shop, with our coloured sketches and everything, we got into an abandoned lot and on the walls of an old workshop we made the pieces. I remember the feeling of satisfaction and adrenaline of the moment… walking by and thinking… Wow! I painted that… hahahaha I don’t even have photos… I would love to because I remember it perfectly. I never thought that that was going to be the beginning of what I have achieved and what I am to date.

Mis amigos de la infancia, mi equipo de trastadas, no todos pintamos pero somos una familia.
My childhood friends, my mischief team, we don’t all paint but we are a family.
