¿De dónde viene tu apodo?
Where does your pseudonym come from?
Leben significa vida en idioma Alemán, el apodo surgió en un viaje mientras caminaba, simplemente vino a mi mente la palabra y sin saberlo tenía ese significado, Leben me representa en la pintura porque para mi pintar es todo un conjunto de emociones fuertes que me hacen sentir que estoy vivo.
Leben means life in German language, the nickname came up on a trip while I was walking, the word simply came to my mind and without knowing it had that meaning, Leben represents me in painting because for me painting is a whole set of strong emotions that make me feel that I am alive.
¿Qué te motivó para empezar a pintar?
What motivated you to get started painting?
El gusto por personajes irreales, fantasiosos y el poder transmitir sentimientos a los demás con la pintura, muy aparte de querer experimentar con variedades de técnicas y colores sobre distintas superficies.
The taste for unreal, fantasy characters and the ability to transmit feelings to others through painting, quite apart from wanting to experiment with a variety of techniques and colours on different surfaces.
¿Qué es lo que más te gusta del arte urbano y lo que menos?
What do you like most about street art and what do you like least?
Me gusta la libertad de poder experimentar con creaciones de todo tipo, dándole formas y contrastes, el poder conocer a distintos artistas que se integran de manera fluida y conocer lugares en donde se encuentre más personas con el mismo interés y las ganas de compartir arte.
Lo que no me gusta es el distante compromiso por partes municipales en cuanto a gestión de arte y cultura.
I like the freedom to experiment with creations of all kinds, giving them shapes and contrasts, to be able to meet different artists who integrate in a fluid way and to get to know places where there are more people with the same interest and the desire to share art.
What I don’t like is the distant commitment on the part of the municipalities in terms of art and culture management.

Estoy encantado por poder colaborar con ustedes, me interesa mucho la idea de poder compartir e interactuar con personas que disfruten del arte al igual que yo, sobre todo de que esta sea una forma de difundir y motivar a más personas a seguir un camino artístico.

¿Te acuerdas de la primera pieza?
Do you remember the first piece?
Claro; fue en en el año 2008, en la parte posterior de mi casa hay una plataforma deportiva donde a los 12 años por primera utilizando solo un color logre plasmar un dibujo grande; me gusto tanto esa sensación de dibujar en formatos mayores que ya nunca quise parar. A la actualidad, el concepto de mi estilo sigue siendo realista y surrealista con la finalidad de recrear sentimientos y expresiones en cada personaje. Siempre ha sido un gran placer pintar cosas personales y recreadas.
Of course; it was in 2008, at the back of my house there is a sports platform where at the age of 12 years old, for the first time using only one colour I managed to draw a big picture; I liked that feeling of drawing in larger formats so much that I never wanted to stop. Nowadays, the concept of my style is still realistic and surrealistic with the aim of recreating feelings and expressions in each character. It has always been a great pleasure to paint personal and recreated things.
