¿De dónde viene tu apodo?
Where does your pseudonym come from?
Como cualquier escritor que elige su nombre de un apodo o un nombre que sea pegadizo y tenga un buen equilibrio con sus letras a la hora de plasmarlo en la pared en mi caso todo eso va sumado a mi gusto por el alimento básico hecho de harina. Empece firmando Pan o Pan1 y más recientemente escribo Pans y Snap. Tiempo atrás escribía con el nombre de Geo también.
Like any writer who chooses his name from a nickname or a name that is catchy and has a good balance with its letters when it comes to putting it on the wall in my case all this adds up to my taste for the basic food made of flour. I started by tagging Bread or Pan1 and more recently I write Pans and Snap. Some time ago I wrote with the name of Geo too.
¿Qué te motivó para empezar a pintar?
What motivated you to get started painting?
Empece a interesarme por el graffiti en el colegio a finales de los 90 . Ahí empecé con las primeras firmas a rotulador y más tarde a spray. Influenciado y motivado por lo que veía en mi ciudad Logroño hizo que boceteara mucho para llegar a tener estilos que poder plasmar en la pared.
Los comienzos siempre requieren de paciencia, el querer y no poder, querer pintar algo guapo y no tener dinero para pintura o que el resultado final no sea el esperado.
I became interested in graffiti at school in the late 90’s. There I started with the first tags to marker and later to spray paint. Influenced and motivated by what I saw in my city, Logroño made me sketch a lot to get to have styles that could be captured on the wall.
The beginnings always require patience, wanting and not being able to, wanting to paint something beautiful and not having money for paint or that the final result is not the expected one.

Me parece bien, me gusta la web como medio de difusión para conocer escritores de todo el mundo. En general creo que internet amplia posibilidades de todo tipo aunque la inmediatez que transmite tiene malas cosas tanto para el graffiti como para la sociedad actual.
I like the web as a means of spreading knowledge about writers from all over the world. In general, I think the internet offers all kinds of possibilities, although the immediacy it transmits has bad things for graffiti and for today’s society.
¿Te acuerdas de la primera pieza?
Do you remember the first piece?
La primera pieza fue un vómito de pan a 2 colores MTN classic en el 98. Aunque llevara para entonces tiempo firmando por las calles y dibujando en casa , tardé en empezar a hacer algo «elaborado». Esa pieza la hice en lo que se llamaba » Las luces» , uno de los sitios que llegó a ser como un hall of fame para escritores autóctonos y visitantes de Logroño mi ciudad de origen. Allí desarrolle mi graffiti con los años junto a amigos como IMO, OCHOA, PHOBIA o XTREME. Todos los que empezamos en esa época estábamos influenciados por la gente que ya estaba antes como es KLENZ todo un maestro de estilos, KOFI, 2TY, DANONE.
Con el tiempo «Las luces» llegó a ser punto de reunión en donde se pasaron buenos momentos pintando o de fiesta. Aunque ya no exista esos muros llegaron a sintetizar la mejor época del graffiti en una ciudad de provincias como Logroño. Otros escritores de aquellos años también eran DAZE, DEYZ, JAVA, NADIE, KAFES, CHAVO, STOP, DANE…
The first piece was a 2-colour MTN classic bread shit in 1998. Although I had been tagging in the streets and drawing at home for some time, it took me a while to start doing something «elaborate». I did this piece in what was called «The Lights» This is one of the places that became a hall of fame for local writers and visitors to Logroño, my home town. There I developed my graffiti over the years with friends like IMO, OCHOA, PHOBIA or XTREME. All of us who started at that time were influenced by the people who were already before as KLENZ is a master of styles, KOFI, 2TY, DANONE.
With time «The lights» became a meeting point where good times were spent painting or partying. Although those walls no longer exist, they came to synthesize the best time of graffiti in a provincial city like Logroño. Other writers of those years were also DAZE, DEYZ, JAVA, NADIE, KAFES, CHAVO, STOP, DANE…
