Puse mucho énfasis en encontrar mi nombre. Necesitaba algo personal, que combinara estilo y personalidad; después de un tiempo me di cuenta de que lo tenía en mis manos. Un anillo con un retrato de Fénix. ¿Por qué? Toca mis alas y quemate… Un Fénix se levanta de las cenizas, vuelve al fuego tanto como puedas matarlo.
I placed a lot of emphasis on finding my name. We needed something personal, which would combine style and personality; after a while I realized that I had it in my hands. A ring with a PHOENIX depicted. Because? Touch my wings and burn yourself … A Phoenix rises from the ashes, returns to the fire as much as you can kill it.

What motivated you to get started to paint?
A principios de los 90 no había teléfonos móviles e Internet era todavía para pocos, y las revistas no se encontraban en ningún sitio, pero yo vivía cerca de un patio histórico en Nápoles.
Mi ventana tenía una sola vista, rieles y vagones… ¡¡»coloreados»!! Inconscientemente me influenciaron pero yo todavía no lo sabía, jugaba al fútbol en la calle. Luego vino la música rap, luego varias fotos de la televisión y películas del extranjero, y luego puse las piezas de este rompecabezas y BOOM en orden!
¡Quería mi nombre en todas partes!
In the early 90s there were no cell phones and the internet was still for few, and the magazines were nowhere to be found, but I lived close to a historic yard in Naples.
My window had a single view, rails and wagons … «colored» !!! Unconsciously they influenced me but I still didn’t know it, I played soccer in the street. Then came rap music, then various pictures from overseas tv and movies, and then I put the pieces of this puzzle and BOOM in order!
I wanted my name everywhere!

¡Mierda clásica! Con las fuertes influencias del Hip Hop, parto del New York Wild Style que a lo largo de los años he ido personalizando cada vez más al concebir mis «Bars’N’ flechas originales».
Classic shit! With the strong Hip Hop influences, I start from the New York Wild Style which over the years I have increasingly customized by conceiving my «Original Bars’N’arrows».

¡Inolvidable! Mi primer Jam «Fermata Nisida» en el 99, y vi los 4 elementos en vivo por primera vez. Era un chico turbulento y me puse amistosamente bajo la presión de los escritores que, al final de sus piezas, me dieron todas los sprays sin pintura. Aquí esa noche hice la primera pieza en la calle que no muestro por decencia, pero aún conservo la camisa que llevaba puesta que se ensució con pintura.
Unforgettable! My first Jam «Fermata Nisida» in ’99, and I saw the 4 elements live for the first time. I was a turbulent boy and I put amicably under stress of the writers who, at the end of their pieces, gave me all the finished cans. Here that night I made the first street that I don’t show for decency, but I still keep the shirt I was wearing and it got dirty with paint.
