¿Qué te motivó para empezar a pintar?
What motivated you to get started painting?
Mi hermano mayor pintó un graffiti. Mi madre no dejaba que mi hermano mayor fuera a ninguna parte a menos que me llevara con él. Así que mi hermano me llevaba a pintar con él. Vivía a unos pocos metros de un conocido lugar de graffiti y me asombraba algo del trabajo y el resto es historia.
My older brother wrote graffiti . My mom wouldn’t let my older brother go anywhere unless he brought me with him. So my brother would take me painting with him . I lived a few blocks away from a well know graffiti spot and was amazed at some of the work and the rest is history.

What is your style?
Diría que un estilo tradicional, con una mezcla de experiencias, sentimientos en el tiempo e influencias.
I would say a traditional style, With a mixture of my experiences ,feelings at the time and influences.

Por mucho que disfrute del misterio detrás de un graffitero. Creo que es genial que proporciones una salida para que los escritores tengan voz y muestren su trabajo.
As much as I enjoy the mystery behind a graffiti artist. I think it’s great that you guys are providing a outlet for writers to have a voice and show there work.
¿Te acuerdas de la primera pieza?
Do you remember the first piece?
Hay una situación que realmente se mantiene conmigo hasta el día de hoy. Estaba conduciendo con Es1 en Bridgeport ct (1998) estábamos conduciendo a un lugar para pintar una pieza. Yo sólo había hecho una pieza a mano en ese momento y ya estaba nervioso de que estaba pintando con un conocido artista de graffiti. En el camino a la pared nos dimos cuenta de algunos escritores que conocíamos estaban pintando una pared de encargo (Chet y Chrome). Nos paramos a hablar y nos ofrecieron un lugar para pintar en la pared. Yo sólo había pintado puntos de puente y pocos muros ocultos donde iría a practicar. Así que Es1 me puso en el lugar de la calle principal. Estaba nervioso pero aprendí lo importante que es la confianza en el papel del graffiti. La confianza en el trabajo y la importancia de ir a por ello.
There is this one situation that really stays with me to this day . I was driving around with Es1 in Bridgeport ct (1998) we were driving to a spot to paint a piece . I had only done a hand full pieces at the time and I was already nervous that I was painting with a well know graffiti artist . On the way to the wall we noticed a few writers we knew painting a commission wall (Chet and chrome) . We stopped to talk and they offered us a spot to paint on the wall . I had only painted bridge spots and few hidden walls were I would go to practice . So Es1 put me on the spot on the Main Street . I was nervous but I learned how important confidence plays in the role of graffiti.How confidence shows in your work and how important it is to just go for it .

What is the best thing that you like about graffiti?
El graffiti – está en constante evolución . Es una experiencia de aprendizaje sin fin. Desde el trato con la gente hasta la estructura de las letras, el diseño, los colores, las manchas, la mentalidad y los viajes. Ver a otros escritores apoyarse a sí mismos me motiva a hacer lo mismo.
Graffiti – is constantly evolving . It’s a never ending learning experience. From dealing with people to letter structure, design , colors ,spots, mentality and traveling .Seeing other writers push themselves motivates me to do the same.

Me gustaría dar las gracias a todos mis amigos y compañeros de crew que han estado ahí para mí. Desde conseguir sprays para pintar, hasta ayudarme cuando estoy en una ciudad o país diferente y conectarme con la gente adecuada y gracias a todos los que me han prestado esa lata del color que necesitaba. Eres el verdadero Mvp.
I would like to say thanks to all my friends and crew mates that been there for me . From getting spots for me to paint , to helping me out when I’m in a different City or country and connecting me with the right people and thanks to everyone who has let me borrow that one can of the color I needed . Your the real Mvp.
