¿De dónde viene tu apodo?
Where does your pseudonym come from?
No uso un nombre ficticio, sino mi nombre real «Luo Yi» para hacer grafitis en la calle. En China, muy poca gente utiliza su nombre real para hacer graffiti. Cuando hago una obra, rompo la palabra «Luo Yi» y escribo «Siyi Go Rabbit». Estas palabras son difíciles de grafitear, ¡pero no renunciaré a mi nombre sólo porque sea difícil! ¡Voy a conquistar estas palabras!
I don’t use a fictitious name, I use my real name ‘Luo Yi’ to do graffiti on the street. In China, very few people use their real names to do graffiti. When I make a piece of work, I break up the word ‘Luo Yi’ and write ‘Siyi Go Rabbit’. These words are hard to graffiti, but I won’t give up my name just because it’s hard! I’m going to conquer these words!
我没有使用虚拟名字，我用我的真实姓名“罗逸”在街头涂鸦。在中国，很少有人用真实姓名涂鸦。做piece作品的时候我会把“罗逸”拆开来写作“四夕走兔”。这些文字很难涂鸦，但是我不会因为困难就放弃我的名字！我要征服这些文字！
¿Qué te motivó para empezar a pintar?
What motivated you to get started painting?
Empecé a dibujar muy joven y nunca dejé de hacerlo. Después estudié diseño en la universidad y me convertí en diseñador audiovisual e ilustrador. He seguido la cultura del graffiti desde que estaba en la universidad, cuando dibujaba en algunas paredes, pero no graffiti, utilizando pinceles y pinturas. No fue hasta mayo de 2023, de la mano de un amigo, cuando cogí oficialmente la pintura en spray y pinté grafitis en las calles. Así que de hecho sólo he estado pintando graffiti oficialmente durante 16 meses.
I started drawing at a very young age and never stopped. Then I went to university majoring in design and became a visual designer and illustrator. I have been following the graffiti culture since I was in college, when I would draw on some walls, but not graffiti, using brushes and paints. It wasn’t until May 2023 under the guidance of a friend that I officially picked up spray paint and painted graffiti on the streets. So in fact I’ve only been officially painting graffiti for 16 months.
我从很小的时候就开始绘画，一直没有中断过。然后上了设计类专业的大学，成为一名视觉设计师和插画师。从我大学期间就一直关注涂鸦文化，那时候会在一些墙面上画画，但不是涂鸦，使用的是毛笔和颜料。直到2023年5月在朋友的带领下我才正式拿起喷漆在街上涂鸦。所以，事实上我正式的涂鸦时间只有16个月。
¿Cuál es tu estilo?
What is your style?
Aún estoy buscando mi estilo. Pero lo que es seguro es que seguiré experimentando con las posibilidades del graffiti de palabras chinas y me ceñiré a las calles para crear y dejar mi obra en más lugares.
I’m still searching for my style. But what is certain is that I will continue to experiment with the possibilities of Chinese character graffiti, and I will stick to the streets to create and leave my work in as many places as possible.
我还在寻找我的风格。但是可以确定的是，我会继续尝试中文文字涂鸦的可能性，并且我会坚持在街上创作，在更多的地方留下我的作品。

Me siento honrado de que me hayan invitado. En China hay muchos grafiteros mejores que yo, y el grafiti chino se está dando a conocer poco a poco. Mostrar mi trabajo en tu sitio web es también un gran reconocimiento para mí.
I feel honored to be invited by you. There are many better graffiti artists than me in China, and Chinese graffiti is slowly being seen. Showing my work on your website is also a great recognition for me.

¿Te acuerdas de la primera pieza?
Do you remember the first piece?
Es difícil decir cuál es mi primera pieza, todas están muy incompletas. En la primera etapa, cuando terminé mi obra, no sabía qué hacer, no sabía qué colores combinar, qué colores utilizar para los contornos, qué decoraciones hacer… y no tenía mi propio estilo. Pero ahora experimento constantemente con las posibilidades de los caracteres chinos en el graffiti, aprendiendo de la experiencia de muchos buenos graffiteros. Ahora mi idea es: si te gusta, hazlo.
It’s hard to say which one is my first piece, they are all very incomplete. In the first stage when I finished my piece, I didn’t know what to do, I didn’t know what kind of color to match, I didn’t know what color to outline, I didn’t know what kind of decoration to do…and I didn’t have my own style. But now I’m constantly experimenting with the possibilities of Chinese characters in graffiti, learning from the experiences of many good graffiti artists. Now my idea is, if you like it, do it.
很难说哪一幅是我第一幅piece，它们都很不完整。在第一个阶段我完成piece作品的时候，我不知道要怎么做，不知道要搭配什么样的颜色、不知道要用什么颜色勾线、不知道要做什么装饰…也没有自己的风格。但是现在我在不断的尝试中文文字在涂鸦中的可能性，学习了很多优秀的涂鸦手的经验。现在我的想法就是，喜欢就去做。

Me gustaría decir que hace mucho tiempo que no grafiteo oficialmente, pero en este año he viajado por 25 ciudades y he dejado miles de mis graffitis. Creo que ha sido un año muy satisfactorio y he hecho muchísimos amigos a través del graffiti que me han dado mucha ayuda y ánimo. El graffiti también me ha enseñado mucho: a resolver problemas, a combinar colores, a trabajar en equipo. Lo más importante es disfrutar del proceso.

I would like to say that I have not been officially graffiti for a long time, but in this year I have traveled to 25 cities and left thousands of my graffiti works. I think this year has been very fulfilling for me, and I’ve made many, many friends through graffiti who have given me a lot of help and encouragement. Graffiti has also taught me a lot – problem solving, color matching, teamwork. The most important thing is to enjoy the process.
