¿Qué te motivó para empezar a pintar?
What motivated you to get started to paint?
Descubrí el graffiti por casualidad a principios del año 2000, una de mis hermanas me enseñó a escribir letras con una sombra detrás, me encantó y más tarde me di cuenta de que era una especie de graffiti. No me detuve desde ese momento.
I discovered graffiti by chance in the early 2000, one of my sisters taught me how to write letters with a shadow behind, I loved it and then later realized it was sort of graffiti. I did not stop since that moment.
¿Qué tratas de decir con tus graffitis?
What do you try to say with your graffiti?
No hay un significado real, no hay revendicación, sólo bonitas letras si es posible, colores fríos. ¡Es sólo por diversión!
There is no real meaning, no revendication, just nice letters if possible, cool colors. It’s just for fun!
¿Cuál es tu estilo?
What is your style?
Supongo que es una especie de estilo semi salvaje, con letras regulares en un «marco», un poco complicado pero aún así legible. Hoy en día uso colores contrastados, y un poco de fluo.
I guess it is sort of a semi wild style, with regular letters in a « frame », a bit complicated but still readable. Nowadays I use contrasted colors, and a bit of fluo.

¿Te acuerdas de la primera pieza?
Do you remember the first piece?
¡Claro! Todos recuerdan la primera vez, ¿no?
Mi primera fue una mierda de pieza, ridícula pero con letras bastante grandes. Tuve que correr varias veces antes de encontrar un lugar tranquilo para pintar. Sólo guardé una pequeña foto hecha con mi polaroid, que ahora he perdido.
Justo después de eso hice una pieza legal, en 2003, recuerdo que tuve muchos problemas con la presión de los sprays, la pieza se veía tan mal y no tenía fondo, pero me sentí increíblemente orgulloso en ese momento. Todavía tengo las fotos. Ahora no puedo entender por qué fui a pintar sin un boceto adecuado y al menos las letras «correctas».
Of course! Everyone remembers the first, no?
My first was a shitty vandal piece, ridiculous but quite big letters. I went there in the night and it was already a bad idea to be a teenage girl alone in the street…I had to run a few times before finding a calm spot to paint. I only kept a tiny polaroid of this one, which I lost now.
Just after that I did a legal one, in 2003, I remember I had a lot of troubles with the pressure of the cans, the piece looked so bad and had no background, but I felt incredibly proud at the moment. I still have the pics. Now I can’t understand why I did go painting without a proper sketch and at least « correct » letters.
¿Qué es lo que más te gusta del graffiti que te mantiene haciendolo?
What do you like the most about graffiti that keeps you doing it?
Me apasionan las letras, la búsqueda de nuevas formas, y me encanta el sentimiento de la pintura. Eso es todo.
I am passionated about letters, about searching new forms, and I love the feeling of painting. That’s it.
¿Cuál es tu crew?
What is your crew?
Mi crew es OTZ. Fue creada en París en 2004 y está compuesta principalmente por Hemsy, Nuaj y yo. Estos tipos son mi familia.
My crew is OTZ. It was created in Paris in 2004 and it is mainly composed by Hemsy, Nuaj and me. These guys are family to me.
