¿De dónde viene tu apodo?
Where does your pseudonym come from?
Mi tag es literalmente mi nombre verdadero, el que aparece en mi identificación. Durante mi vida las personas se han complicado con mi nombre, usualmente lo escriben de manera errónea . Si bien lo dejo pasar, resultando gracioso debido a los apodos, que mi tag sea mi nombre real un acto de rebeldía con la finalidad de que todos sepan cómo se escribe.
My tag is literally my real name, the one that appears on my ID. Throughout my life people have made a mess of my name, usually spelling it wrongly. While I let it slide, being funny because of the nicknames, my tag being my real name is an act of rebellion in order to let everyone know how to spell it.
¿Qué te motivó para empezar a pintar?
What motivated you to get started painting?
Yo siempre fui el niño que dibujaba en sus cuadernos en la escuela , mi materia favorita siempre fue arte, pero mientras crecí pensé que era solo un sueño vivir del dibujar y me alejé.
Después de varios años la necesidad de expresar me hizo volver a hacer arte. No fue hasta que conocí a un viejo Maestro, el cual fue el que devolvió mi pasión por crear, enseñándome todos los conocimientos de la escuela de pintura. A mi maestro y a todos los amigos de los que aprendi pintando les agradezco mucho ya que sin ellos no estaría donde estoy ahora.
I was always the kid who drew in his notebooks at school, my favourite subject was always art, but as I grew up I thought it was just a dream to make a living from drawing and I moved away.
After several years the need to express myself made me go back to making art. It wasn’t until I met an old Master, who was the one who brought back my passion to create, teaching me all the knowledge of the painting school. I am very grateful to my teacher and all my friends from whom I learnt painting, without them I would not be where I am now.
¿Cuál es tu estilo?
What is your style?
Soy una persona que esta en constante aprendizaje, pero algo de lo que si soy consciente es que quiero combinar el estilo moderno del Graffiti con el estilo de pintura tradicional. Inspirado en la cultura geek y otaku, las cuales fueron parte de mi infancia empecé a pintar tanto robots y personajes metálicos como también pinturas Barrocas lo cual fue lo que me dejó mi maestro. Neo-Barroco creo es un buen nombre para mi estilo.
I am a person who is constantly learning, but one thing I am aware of is that I want to combine the modern Graffiti style with the traditional painting style. Inspired by the geek and otaku culture, which were part of my childhood I started to paint both robots and metallic characters as well as Baroque paintings which is what my teacher left me. Neo-Baroque I think is a good name for my style.

Uno de los sentimientos principales del arte es el de compartir. Super agradecido de pertenecer a esta iniciativa, la cual tiene a grandes artistas de varios países a los cuales espero visitar pronto para pintar y aprender más.
One of the main feelings of art is sharing. Super grateful to belong to this initiative, which has great artists from various countries whom I hope to visit soon to paint and learn more.
¿Te acuerdas de la primera pieza?
Do you remember the first piece?
Recuerdo el enorme reto que fue mi primer muro, fue un pilar que sostenía el tren de como 10 metros de altura. Jamás había pintado algo tan grande y era todo un reto, el hecho de saber que tenia mucho por aprender fue lo que más me encantó . Comparado con ese día ahora trabajo mucho más rápido, se manejar mucho mejor el spray y cada vez quiero pintar personajes más grandes.
I remember the enormous challenge that was my first wall, it was a pillar that supported the train about 10 metres high. I had never painted anything so big and it was a challenge, the fact that I knew I had a lot to learn was what I loved the most. Compared to that day I now work much faster, I know how to handle the spray paint much better and I want to paint bigger and bigger characters.
